I can go for months thinking I made a sensational work of
art, then go back and read it, and think I must have lost my mind. But then,
time goes by and again it is deemed fabulous and then the next time, "What the hell happened?" It is an enduring cycle and all I can do is go on
and tackle the next project knowing my writing is better than the
"whatever I think of that sensational work of art today."
